Buffet, you'll have plenty more than that to choose from. In the food
department, that is. Nowhere else on the Strip will you find fresh humus,
chicken tandoori, lamb curry, and tabouleh. Their action stations feature
Italian and Chinese, as well as fresh crab legs every night. The OJ is freshly squeezed, and the desserts . . . fuggedaboudit.
