Chang’s
It's late, and you're jonesing for some good shark fin. What's a Kung Pao Daddy to do? Wander past the fanny-packed families and tourist traps of the city, straight to the Gold Key shopping center. That's where you'll find Chang's of Las Vegas. If the English/Chinese menu doesn't tell you you've just found the best Chinese food on the Strip, the food surely will. Chang's of Las Vegas cooks until midnight daily and serves dim sum, 42 kinds, 14 hours a day. The price is right, with chicken dishes starting at $9.95 and dim sum for as little as $1.80. If you're feeling especially adventurous, you can eat your sea creatures live, Hong Kong-style. It's a Vegas back-door secret, and the locals like to keep it that way. So don't tell 'em we sent you.
