Whatever the reason, Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas wins hands down in the celebrity-spotting contest. The hotel is human size for Las Vegas: 698 rooms and a 28,000 square-foot casino. The casino runs a circular gauntlet, so the star you missed on the way in can be spotted on the way out. The hotel may be hip, but it's low key. Only the exhibition Elvis suits and the Hendrix guitars seem to collect much attention.
