MGM Grand
In Vegas, there are only two types of visitors: those who pay for their
accommodations, and those who don't. For the latter of these, there is another
set of class distinctions: those who get set up in a suite, and those who
sleep with the players. For this rarefied set, the MGM VIP Villas are at the
top of the heap, and only the highest of the high rollers arrive at the MGM
Grand Class 29th floor. The 52 suites and villas there range in size from
1,356 square feet to 5,849 square feet, with enough bedrooms to bring a
mistress and her mother-in-law. You get a full-scale living room and dining
room, oversize spa tubs, saunas, and lounge areas. Three of the largest suites
are two stories high with wrap-around glass for a 180-degree view of the
lights. As if that's not enough, butlers are on hand to fulfill almost every
need, like handing you a towel when you step out of that hot tub on the
balcony, or, after a long day at the craps table, mixing you a martini, Bond-style. There's also a special VIP entrance to protect your anonymity. To the disappointment of most, the 29th floor suites are by invitation only.
