It doesn’t take much to create a thrill ride in Las Vegas. Just make it the darkest, the fastest, the tallest, the scariest or the bustiest. But Star Trek: The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton wanted a little more than spin to set the scene. It had to have a spot of intelligence and plenty of creative thinking. The ride itself puts you on the bridge of the Enterprise. Then you’ll take a shaky elevator beamer unit and find yourself on a simulated motion machine riding into the future and back to Las Vegas. It’s $25.00 a ticket, but then the journey worth taking is never free. (Didn’t Spock say that?)
