The magical talents of the four Showgirls of Magic goes beyond pulling pigeons from pockets. Performing nightly at 10:30 (except Monday) at the San Remo, these girls do it all and do it all in the nude (almost) with handy G-strings keeping the county supervisors off their backs. Going places Siegfried and Roy could never venture, their talents prove to be far more entertaining than tigers jumping through hoops. The show is packed with stunts and vaudeville laughs laced with tasteful tidbits of porn. Campy fillers abound, like the Great Antoine performing an illusion or two while chasing his sexy assistant. Tiny Bubbles, a 500-pound woman who turns out to be a man, keeps the audience roaring as if the sophisticated tastes of American audiences remained bound in a 1910 time-warp. When the ladies come bounding on stage for a stunt or two, one has to wonder if anyone's really paying attention to the magic. Still, if you're looking for a raunchy good time, this is the show for you.
