Caesars Palace in Las Vegas to Debut Eight New Pool Experiences

With the famed Las Vegas pool season about to heat-up into full swing, Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is ready to take the summer crown with the inspired new Garden of the Gods pool oasis, which makes its grand debut on Friday, March 19.

Already viewed as one of Las Vegas’ most impressive and iconic swimming pools, the water-filled playground is destined to become this year’s ultimate warm-weather Las Vegas experience. The iconic swimming and lounging oasis has been completely redesigned; creating a destination within a destination and featuring eight distinctive swimming pools with lavish amenities and the city’s most attentive cabana servers. The new Fortuna pool features an 18-foot waterfall where guests can challenge Lady Luck at the swim-up blackjack tables.

In addition to the extravagant new pools, there are 44 new private cabanas, each with a stocked refrigerator of juice and water, flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, wireless Internet access, ceiling fan and plush furniture. With hundreds of new vibrant blue deck chairs, plush daybeds and loveseat-inspired scoop chairs, guests can even just keep it simple and do nothing else but enjoy a day of sun-worshipping. Designed by famed hospitality firm Allard & Conversano, the Garden of the Gods is situated on three levels at the heart of Caesars Palace. THE POOLS
Fortuna
An 18-foot waterfall is the centerpiece of this pool, where guests can enjoy swim-up blackjack. Guests who wish to socialize and connect gather near the Fortuna (swim-up blackjack) pool, flanked in circular sun lounge couches near the Fortuna Bar, where creative mixologists blend cocktails with freshly squeezed juices.

Apollo
Apollo was the Roman god of light and the sun, so it is only fitting that the pool best suited for sun worshipping is named after this deity. The Apollo pool is positioned at the southwest corridor of the oasis for maximum sun exposure and features five cabanas and six canopied daybeds as well as chaise lounges perfect for soaking in the Las Vegas sun.

Bacchus
Elevated 18-feet in the area, the two Bacchus pools are framed by two graceful curved staircases and available only to invited guests. Private, shallow sun chaise pools, an individual whirlpool and VIP cabanas staffed with butlers are some of the area’s special features.

Neptune
Situated near the Fortuna bar, the Neptune pool is the social hub of the Garden of the Gods – the perfect place to mingle, meet and greet. The Neptune pool features eight cabanas, 10 daybeds (available in three different varieties) and chaise lounge chairs.

Jupiter
The cabana-lined Jupiter pool offers a quiet respite from the social scene. Designed for lengthy lounging, the Jupiter pool is distinctive for its subdued ambient music and large, custom-designed cabanas equipped to provide relaxing spa services from Qua Baths & Spa.

Temple
The crowning centerpiece of Garden of the Gods, Temple is where shade truly meets sun. Families enjoy the large round Temple pool, where young swimmers-in-training often splash under the rotunda’s central fountains and play on the steps around its large perimeter.

Venus
Scheduled to open April 1, The Venus Pool Club is the most well-appointed and exclusive pool experience in Las Vegas, a sophisticated and secluded European-style retreat from the people who brought you PURE Nightclub. Guests age 21 and older are welcomed to the Venus pool.

Angelica Bridges, Carrot Top, Criss Angel support Chile Relief Fundraiser for Red Cross at Eva Longoria’s Vegas nightclub, Eve

Eva Longoria Parker and the team at her Las Vegas nightclub, Eve, donated 100% of a $25 cover charge to the Red Cross toward relief efforts for the victims of the earthquake in Chile last night. Eve, located in Crystals at CityCenter, gave every guest a complimentary cocktail to thank them for their donation, and Criss Angel, Angelica Bridges and Carrot Top hosted the event and thanked the crowd for their generous support. “This is the best place to be in Las Vegas tonight,” said Angel.

In addition to money raised through the cover charge, donations toward a raffle included an autographed Holly Madison calendar, which prompted Angel to comment to the crowd while selecting winners that the calendar was “hot,” and “I’ve seen all these poses.” Dollar bills “rained” on the packed crowd after the raffle.

The three entertainers star in shows at the Luxor Hotel & Casino.

Bridges is the star of FANTASY, a sexy revue with choreography by Criss Judd in its 10th successful year in Las Vegas. Bridges is a former Baywatch beauty, and has appeared in dozens of television shows. Her numerous magazine appearances and covers include Playboy, Esquire, Maxim and GQ.

Kim Kardashian Fragrance Launch Photos at TAO Nightclub

Saturday night Kim Kardashian celebrated the launch of her new fragrance at TAO Las Vegas. Kim arrived with her mom Kris Jenner, KISS-FM’s Ellen K and Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck from SPINdustry, the new E! special Kim produced. After strutting down the carpet in black Christian Louboutin’s, Kim and the group enjoyed Asian specialties in the restaurant before heading up to a VIP table on the dance floor. DJ Vice announced Kim’s arrival and she was greeted by screaming fans who clamored to get close to her while a neighboring VIP table sent over a bottle of Cristal. After being presented with a cake in the shape of her perfume bottle by Gimme Some Sugar, the always gracious star headed to the dance floor where she met and took pictures with fans. Pierre Thomas and Lance Moore who play for the New Orleans Saints with Kim’s beau Reggie Bush stopped by the table to congratulate her on the launch of her perfume. She danced on the catwalk to the sounds of DJ Vice and even tweeted, “OMG look at my cake! Thank u @taolasvegas.”

Also spotted at TAO Nightclub was Jay Cutler, quarterback for the Chicago Bears, drinking Dom Perignon and vodka/Red Bull cocktails. Fellow NFL players Thomas and Moore dined at TAO before hitting the nightclub for a VIP table of their own.

At LAVO, Hunter Parrish of Showtime’s Weeds dined with a group of friends. Pitchers of LAVO’s Pomegranate Lemonada specialty cocktail accompanied a meal that included the Kobe Meatball, Sea Bass and Kobe Steak. The group checked out the nightclub after dinner.

Shaun Sipos of the CW’s Melrose Place was also spotted dining at LAVO with a friend, enjoying Veal Chop, Filet and Lobster along with Cabernet before heading to see Jersey Boys.

Pierre Thomas and Lance Moore of the Superbowl Champion New Orleans Saints celebrated their victory at LAVO on Friday night. After enjoying a dinner of signature items from LAVO’s Italian kitchen Moore, a wide receiver and Thomas, a running back, made their way to a VIP table in front of the DJ booth. They toasted with Ace of Spades champagne and then enjoyed Grey Goose and Crown Royal cocktails while mingling and dancing to the sounds of DJ Cobra.

Kelis Performs at Eva Longoria Parker’s Nightclub Eve

Singer and Songwriter Kelis performed for a packed crowd at Eva Longoria Parker’s nightclub Eve last night. Wearing a sexy strapless sequined mini-jumper with a matching mask, the vocalist performed three songs including her new single produced by industry legend David Guetta, “Acapella,” a 2010 re-mix of her top hit “Milkshake,” and “4th of July” off of her new studio album Fleshtones. Following the performance Kelis and friends, including “X-Men” actress and “Heroes” co-star Dania Ramirez, danced and partied at Eve, where they sipped on Vanilla Stoli cocktails, Dom Perignon and red wine.

Kelis was presented with a giant milkshake cake – complete with a candy straw and a cherry on top – to congratulate her performance and success of her new album. Prior to going upstairs to Eve, Kelis dined at Longoria Parker’s steakhouse Beso where she and friends sipped wine and enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, crispy fried dungeness crab cakes and Eva’s avocado guacamole.
