What The VegasHotSpots (VHS) Terms and Conditions Cover

GENERAL
You must be 21 years old to purchase concierge services from VegasHotSpots.com in Las Vegas and will be asked to present a valid picture I.D. at the venues selected in the package. Individual venues may impose other restrictions. Reservations made at venues for holiday; event and convention periods may also be subject to special restrictions and/or may be made unavailable and could possibly be non-refundable.

Select venues have strict dress codes. Consult your VegasHotSpots.com host for details. As a general rule, tennis shoes, flip flops, sandals, sports jersey, sports caps, shorts, and tank tops are not allowed. Please arrive on time at the designated meeting area determined by your host. Showing up more than 15 minutes late for a club reservation, limo transportation, dinner reservation, show time, or other activity could result in the forfeiture of your reservation.

Terms Specific to the "Friend of Ours" Service Offering
Guest list privileges and promotional invites are subject to change based on the night of the week, holidays, weekends and other circumstances that are at the sole discretion of the nightlife venues. All reservations made as part of the "Friends of Ours" services DO NOT include the price of admission, hotels, airfare, greens fees, dinner, drinks, limousine charters, taxes, and gratuities. These are the responsibility of your party if you have not purchased a custom or pre-planned party from us that include these specified items. The "Friends of Ours" service offering is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds can be requested up to 7 days in advance of the event. The event deposit is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellation 48 hours or less before the event will receive no refund of deposit received. All concierge services purchased through VegasHotSpots.com such as limo tours and concierge services are non-refundable regardless of reason for cancellation. If your party fails to show up at a selected venue due to previous intoxication or for any other reason prior or during the event, no refunds or prorated fees will be granted.

Refunds must be requested in writing by contacting your host. For hotel reservations, any cancellation must result in all double occupancy rooms being filled to capacity, or no refund will be issued. Therefore, please try to coordinate with the other party attendees before requesting a refund to insure all rooms are filled. Reservation changes subject to the difference in hotels' nightly room rate plus any change charges, if appropriate.

ACCURACY OF DATA
The data and services provided by VegasHotSpots.com.com are provided "as is." VegasHotSpots.com, LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for particular purpose of any of the data or services, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disclaims all implied warranties in connection with such data or services. The laws of the state of Nevada shall govern this agreement, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, in all contingencies and disputes arising from your use of this site. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and VegasHotSpots.com.
